Pediatric Fellowship

What will you learn?

• It offers the unique combination of specialized training in comprehensive ophthalmology for infants and children
• Medical and surgical management of pediatric eye diseases such as nasolacrimal duct obstruction, amblyopia, refractive errors and strabismus in patients from preterm through adolescence
• Childhood cataract and glaucoma, requiring early diagnosis, rapid intervention, and specialized surgical techniques as well as unique and important vision development and amblyopia concerns are studied extensively during the fellowship year
• Strabismus diagnosis and surgical management in adult and pediatric patients
• Neuro ophthalmological disorders associated with abnormal optic disc presentations and /or abnormal/restrictive eye movements diagnosis and management in adult and pediatric patients
